Day 1 of Week 3

We had a great first day!

We started the day with an icebreaker to get to know each other.

Then we had a Language Arts lesson. We learned about natural and man-made. Then we discussed body parts.

After that, we watched a Science cartoon about how the body works.

After snack, students started designing their robot and they will be using the vocabulary they learned in Language Arts.

Then it was pool time!

After lunch, students started putting their robots together. They're already looking great!

Finally, we started our research project. In pairs, students have to pick an environment and finish a research poster. They will be presenting it on Friday.

Remember, please bring supplies for your robot tomorrow!
