After our morning meeting and ice breakers, we went over today's topic. Our design challenge of the day was to construct a tower out of spaghetti and clay. We designed it in the morning and started building it.
After snack, we watched a cartoon about structures.
Then we had pool time!
After lunch, we finished building the towers. It wasn't really a competition and it was more about teamwork and creativity.
Finally, we started our research project. In pairs, students have to pick a science topic and finish a research poster. They will be presenting it on Friday. Today, they had to pick their topic, write down what they already know, and what they want to know. Some students finished early so we played some games in the ICT room.
