First, we discussed strong shapes for bridges. Then students started designing their bridges. Then we also watched a cartoon about tomorrow's topic (floating).
After snack, we played Capture the Flag as a class.
After lunch, we tested the bridges to see if they could hold 1 kilogram. All the bridges held up at least 300 grams and 2 bridges were still safe after 1 kilogram!
Finally, we finished the day off by doing some research using books, tablets, and computers.
